General Rules

• All bookings are 1 hour by default. For longer meetings, see “Bookings Over 1 Hour” below.
• Please leave the room clean and tidy for the next user.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us by phone or email with your booking date and time.

Note: We encourage keeping meetings under 2 hours to ensure fair access for all users.
